Restaurant Cooking Courses

Your stay at the “Chiusa delle More” consent you to participate together with our chef Antonella to interesting typical cooking lessons which permit you to discover the segret culinaries of the Apulian lands.
To mix the the flour and the eggs for the bread, to create different kinds of pasta, for example the “gnocchetti of patateous”. “orecchietti”, “troccoli”, “strascinate”(all typical shapes of pasta), how to prepare tasty sauces  for the pasta, soups with a large sort of vegetables and further the mash of broad beans with the wild chicory and at the end to discover the segrets of the able cooking of the meats.
Using the products just picked up from the kitchen garden of the “Chiuse delle More” preparing the Parmesan, timbales of vegetables, ancient  delicious dishes of courgette, pepper and aubergines, focaccia (kind of flat bread), typical Apulian fried pizza ( they are fried little pizza’s filled with mozzarella, meat or onions), as well as delicious and different kinds of sweets for making up delicious antipasta’s with the products of our lands, little cakes, vegetable rolls, fried vegetables in batter.
Prepare yourself to discover a world of herbs and tastes which will enrich your stay at the “Chiusa delle More,” you will have the possibility to work yourself in our kitchen and taste the dishes that you prepared 
The course that will take place exclusively during the month af May and September will be at free charge for our clients who are staying at the Chiusa delle More and is of two hours daily .
